The Way of the Trinity in Health

This 2-hour course will introduce you to the Trinitarian Health Model as a framework for orienting your health behaviors toward a greater purpose, through the lens of the Catholic faith. You will learn how to reframe your health, reintegrating faith and reason to harness the best practices from science and medicine for health of mind, body and spirit. Get started embracing your health as a resource that allows you to better live your vocation with purpose in the service of God. Michele Suhie, PhD, NBC-HWC, dipACLM

Michele is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional, specializing in the integration of lifestyle medicine, positive psychology and religion/spirituality. She is also an adjunct professor, teaching courses in pathophysiology and lifestyle medicine to undergraduate exercise science students. Michele has completed advanced practice training in mindfulness-based strengths practice with the VIA Institute, as well as advanced catechist training with the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland.
